Since the introduction of our Coda™ bass design in January of 2010, it has received wide-spread praise for its tone, construction and playability.  The Coda™ Bass is the perfect example of how Stuart looks to take classic ideas and put a decidedly SPECTOR® twist on them. Part homage to the great bass sounds and styles of the past and yet new and refreshing because of the attention to detail and hand-crafted construction, the Coda™ is nothing short of a new SPECTOR® Classic.

We immediately started receiving requests for a 5-string version.  Stuart worked through the summer to design, build and test the Coda-5™.  Introduced at Bass Player Live in October of 2010, the Coda-5™ was played by some of the big names attending BPL and all were blown-away by the feel and tone of this bass. 

Which couldn't make us happier.  We feel this bass is a fine addition to the SPECTOR® family of outstanding USA Hand-Made basses.
