The Bass Place Custom Order / Layaway Program

All of us here at The Bass Place want you to have a great experience finding the bass you desire. By stating these terms up front, we hope to allow our customers the quality items they expect at great prices, with no surprises. We have found this system to work well for our customer’s needs as well as our own.

1. All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time the order is placed.

2. The remaining balance must be paid upon the completion of the ordered item.

3. All layaways require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

4. All layaways must be paid in full within 60 days of the original date of the layaway.

The Bass Place Item Return Policy

We allow a 48 hour approval period on purchases. If you receive an item that you want to return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item. You then have an additional 48 hours to contact us with the tracking number of the returning item.

The item must be returned in the exact condition received.

You will be responsible for all shipping charges both ways. Once the item is returned we will verify the item condition and refund accordingly. Any signs of use or damage will be deducted form the refund.

If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged in shipment, you must keep all original packaging for the shipping company review. Please contact us as soon you receive a damaged item so that we can start a claim, as needed.

In order to maintain our low discount prices, once delivered, all returns will incur a 15% restocking fee plus shipping costs both ways.
